WHO WE ARE
We are a small coffee roasting company located in western Nebraska. Our core belief centers on providing freshly air-roasted coffee beans in small batches to guarantee the best flavor in each package. Specializing in single origin coffees, we allow the beans to shine on their own without any additives. The air-roasting technique ensures the smoothest flavor profile.
Our MissionÂ
Our objective at I&L is twofold. First, to share the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. Second to share this message through the avenue of fresh roasted coffee. It is our prayer that God uses our coffee to further his kingdom. To God be the glory.
Our Source
We order our raw coffee from a few companies based off of seasonal availability. Our main source is Genuine Origin. They work directly with the farmers to bring quality and ethically grown beans.Â
